Our Annual Maintenance Membership Plan

Most heating and cooling equipment breaks down due to a lack of maintenance. Our comprehensive maintenance keeps your equipment running as efficiently as possible, ensuring its longest life. You will also have peace of mind knowing that if you experience problems, all members get priority service from our team of technicians. With a service agreement, the customer would also receive 15% off all parts and labor for any service work and 10% off any installations.

Services Provided Under Agreement

  1. Air Conditioner, Heater, and Thermostat Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Service. (2 per year)
  2. Inspect all covered equipment and perform preventative maintenance services Including, but not limited
    to:
  • Check system refrigerant level and operating pressures (spring)
  • Clean Condenser coil (spring)
  • Clean primary and secondary condensate drain pans (spring)
  • Clean and check furnace for proper operation (fall)
  • Perform combustion analysis on flue gasses and check home for CO (fall)
  • Replace or clean air filter per manufacturer recommendations (spring and fall)
  • 15% off and priority service on all service calls and 10% off new installations
